Return & Refund Policy 

There will be no exchange or refund on any purchase made. 

Return or exchange can only be done if there is any major defect of products or a wrong order has been delivered. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.

All refunds will be given in terms of equivalent YOLO WHOLESALE Shopping Credit, to be used on https://yolowholesale.com/

We will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their store credit refund after 3 working days after the confirmation. 

*Any exchange or refund request must be made within 7 days from the date your tracking number shows that the order has been delivered. If your request is raised after 7 days, YOLO WHOLESALE reserves the right to reject the exchange or refund request.

*For SAME DAY DELIVERY order, any exchange or refund request must be made on the same day or it will not be accepted.

Defect Item 

1 to 1 exchange of the same item you have purchased

You may also opt for a refund in store credit of the EQUIVALENT amount

If the defect is found to be a minor stain removable by wash, we will refund partially* in terms of store credit and you get to keep the item

Item has to be unwashed and unworn to be eligible for exchange or refund

*Amount of store credit to be refunded will vary in each situation

How to apply for return or refund : 

1. Send a photo of the defected item / wrong item to our Whatsapp : +601139725432  with the title "REFUND / RETURN - Order #XXXX" ( please provide your order number for quicker response!)

2. Wait for a reply.

3. Return your item via courier service ( return to address below!) 

4. Receive your refunds via store credit!
